1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 698bd website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated products and services accessible at 698bd.io.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account with 698bd and uses the Platform for betting or gaming activities.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration with 698bd.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), including real-money funds and any active bonus funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply to all Players who register or continue to use the 698bd Platform from that date onwards.

2.2 By clicking any registration button, completing the 698bd Login process, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full;

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the betting and gaming products offered by 698bd, you must register a single Player Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

4.2 You may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 698bd reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances held within them.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details remain accurate and current. Material changes to your personal information — including your name, address, or primary payment method — must be notified to 698bd support within 14 days of the change occurring.

4.4 698bd may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 698bd Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 698bd support immediately.

5.3 698bd will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 698bd that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support at [email protected].

5.4 698bd implements session expiry controls and, where possible, additional verification steps for logins detected from new devices or unusual locations. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your 698bd Login and to update it periodically.

6. Deposits

6.1 Deposits to your 698bd Account must be made using one of the Supported Payment Methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.2 All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your Account Balance in BDT upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor. Standard processing times are under 15 minutes for mobile wallet deposits under normal network conditions.

6.3 698bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposit must be registered in your own name and match the personal details held on your 698bd Account. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

6.4 698bd does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published tariffs, for which 698bd accepts no liability.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard following a successful 698bd Login. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, in the same name as the registered Account.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as Account Balance until the minimum is met.

7.3 698bd targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Complex verification cases may require additional processing time, and 698bd will communicate any delays to the Player via the registered email address or live chat.

7.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money winnings generated after the applicable Wagering Requirement for any active bonus has been fully satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.

7.5 698bd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 698bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. The availability, value, and conditions of any promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which form a supplementary part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the standard Wagering Requirement for bonuses offered by 698bd is 30 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳30,000 in aggregate on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

8.3 Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be removed from the Account Balance without notice.

8.4 Certain games may contribute at different rates towards the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and slots may have different contribution percentages, which will be specified in each promotion's terms. Games that are explicitly excluded from wagering requirement calculations will also be listed in the promotion terms.

8.5 698bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any Bonus Funds credited prior to the cancellation notice will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of opt-in.

8.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players to exploit bonus structures, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

9.1 All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and other gaming products offered on the 698bd Platform are governed by individual game or market rules, which are published within each product section of the Platform. These product-specific rules supplement these Terms & Conditions and take precedence in matters of game conduct and settlement.

9.2 All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 698bd does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is void under the applicable sports betting rules (e.g., match abandonment, obvious pricing error).

9.3 In the event of a technical failure affecting a live casino game or sports betting market — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, or data feed interruptions — 698bd will endeavour to settle the affected bet using the best available data. Where settlement cannot be fairly determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.

9.4 698bd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of concurrent wagers on any market or game at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 698bd Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Player Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated systems to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit promotional structures;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 698bd;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 698bd staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 698bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 698bd is under no obligation to return any Balance held within that Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the Player's own request — any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 698bd support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.2 Your continued use of the 698bd Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
